Breaking Fitness Barriers with Fitness IV drip: Maximizing Energy, Performance, and Recovery
Fitness, performance and recovery
If you train hard as an athlete or are just into working out, we are here to help you. Staying fit while working out, training for a game, or just a buildup, takes you more than just that. Working out costs your body loss of muscle mass and dehydration.
Symptoms of exercise-related dehydration and AAs depletion include:
- Fatigue
- Lethargy
- Muscle cramping
- Dizziness
- Accelerated heart rate
- Lack of motivation
Fitness IV Drip
Our new Fitness IV drip will help you perform better, with less fatigue and muscle sore during the work out, with a shorter recovery period, and with regaining your muscles mass.In order to achieve that, your body needs hydration and certain amino acids (AAs), branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), the proteins building blocks, Iso-leucine, Leucine and Valine.
Contrary to most other amino acids, BCAAs are mostly broken down in the muscles, rather than in the liver. Because of this, they are thought to play a role in energy production during exercise. The human body can use them as building blocks for protein and muscle
They may also be involved in regulating blood glucose levels by preserving liver and muscle glucose stores and stimulating cells to take in glucose from bloodstream. BCAAs may also help reduce fatigue during exercise by reducing the production of serotonin in the brain.
In addition to hydration and BCAAs, our fitness IV drip contains Glutamine, a very important AA that helps heal or improve “leaky gut syndrome” through providing fuel for intestinal mucosal and immune cells, and improving the gut lining and maintain its junction tightness and integrity. Various cells of the immune system, such as lymphocyte and macrophages depend on glutamine as a primary fuel source. During intense exercise, glutamine levels in the muscles decreases dramatically, which leads to a temporary suppression of the immune system, which in turn requires additional supply of glutamine.
As add-ons, our Fitness IV drip also contains vitamin B12, a very important energy producing vitamin, and L-carnitine, a non-essential AA-like compound, responsible for transporting long chain fatty acids to the cellular mitochondria for energy production
